Emmanuel K.D. Gyapong is the Assistant Technical Manager at the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC).

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from the All Nations University, Koforidua. He also holds a certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety Management.

He is responsible for research, data management, and assisting with the digital communications of the Committee.
