Profile

Philomina Otabil is a Senior Administrative Officer at the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC). Prior to joining PIAC, she was a Service Personnel with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) as a research assistant. She assisted the Commission in writing the State of Human Rights In Ghana Report.

Ms. Otabil is an alumna of the University of Ghana with a Master’s Degree in Management and Administration and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the same University.

By providing administrative and programme support for over 5 years to PIAC, Philo ensures smooth operation and implementation of programmes and activities of the Administration Department and the Secretariat as a whole by planning and coordinating PIAC programmes and activities.
